Roommate Wanted

I have a 2b/1b apartment with one of the bedrooms empty since I moved in. The rate listed includes utilities and rent. I'm 47, clean, quiet, boring, and looking for someone who is like minded. I previously worked as a property manager and for both my sake and whomever moves in, I'll have an application just to verify income, etc. To be put on the lease, you'll have to do a background check through the office, which I believe is $[REDACTED] don't think credit score is all that important, especially since you would just be moving into my place and I have been here a while. Their policy states no felony convictions but I've also heard they're reasonable depending on type and how long and you can't have any formal evictions from a previous landlord.
