This is a calm, drama-free, and structured environment. To ensure a comfortable living space, the following rules are strictly followed:
Background Check Required: All applicants must pass a formal background check. No serious criminal history.
Clean & Quiet: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise.
Kitchen Use: You will have access to the kitchen. Please note that the kitchen is heavily utilized between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM daily, so we will just need to coordinate morning routines.
Laundry: Washer and dryer access is provided once a week to manage utility usage.
No Pets & No Indoor Smoking: No pets of any kind. Smoking is strictly limited to the outside backyard/front only.
