Room in Shared House

Looking for a room in a shared house for the month of September 2026. Furnished or unfurnished, either is fine. Reasonable rent. Nothing fancy. I can give deposit. I live in Massachusetts now but am in NYC for July 4th wkend so could come view then. I put location Astoria, Queens but would be open to anywhere within 45 mins from manhattan and place is walking distance to a subway station. Reply if have suitable room or if you are away for month of September and want to make extra money by renting out your room.
