Must be okay with living with two cats. Open to girl or guy roommates, but must be clean!! We have two bedrooms available, one with a private balcony and one with a walk-in closet. Those two bedrooms share a bathroom with each other. Both are located on the third floor of a three story townhouse and are the only rooms on that floor.
