Hi, I’m renting out the bedrooms in my condo. It’s a fully renovated, fully furnished apartment in West Brickell, just 5 minutes down the street from Brickell City Center. The rooms feature Queen beds, spacious walk-in closets, and private bathrooms. The main bedroom is $1,350/month and will be available starting May 15th. I’ll share more photos as the renovation is completed. There’s also a smaller bedroom available for $1,200/month. One parking spot is included with the rent. The lease term is 6 months, with the option to continue month-to-month afterward.
