Looking for Friendly Roommate

Renting out one bedroom (Unfurnished)in a four-bedroom house. Move-in is available June 1st. We are looking for a single professional to occupy one room. No couples, please. You will share a double-sink bathroom with one person. We have two dogs, so no additional pets are allowed. The house has a large kitchen, two living rooms, a pool, a hot tub, a bonfire pit, a Traeger grill, and an outdoor projector for movies, along with other amenities. Everything is fully furnished (Except the bedroom). Utilities will be split three ways. We share responsibility for chores and shared necessities. Currently, the house is occupied by one female and one males in their late 20s to early 30s. We’re generally casual and like to have kickbacks on weekends. You can DM me anytime for more information.
