Cozy private room and bathroom!

Description

The room has its own walk in closet and you do have your personal bathroom (does not include a shower), the shower in the main bathroom will be the only thing shared at the moment. I do plan on constructing a shower to the 2nd bathroom eventually to make it a full 2 bed 2 bath. You’ll have access to all the common spaces, backyard, and there’s a community pool that’s a good size! The pool itself was recently remodeled about a year and a half ago. I also have an alarm system for safety and security. The neighborhood is super calm and quiet and the people here are friendly and welcoming. My neighbor is the sweetest, as well as a lot of other people around. It’s just me and my little toy poodle at the house, I am active duty military working on aircraft’s as an electrical technician, and I have duty days through out the month on base. I’m a pretty clean person and would like to have someone that is on the same page!
