Hi! We’re looking for subletters for Summer and Fall 2026. The house is a newly renovated 6-bedroom located about a 5-minute walk from Tulane University. It’s fully furnished and in a great location. We’re currently $9,000 total for the house, but we’re flexible on pricing and willing to negotiate to help fill the space. That why we have it priced at 1000 per bea.
