Hey y'all!! My name is Julianna, my roommate (Kelsey) and I are looking for 3 people to fill some open rooms we will have on the first of May. We are pretty chill people, all we ask is keeping the shared spaces tidy. Rent will be $350 excluding power and gas, average for utilities has been around $50-100 (in winter months gas is a little more). There is a down payment of $360 this is expected along with the first months rent. Besides that the shared spaces in the house are furnished so you just need stuff for your own room and space.
