Private room and bathroom

Description

This is a two bed, two bath apartment. I need a roommate by May first. You would have your own room, with walk in closet, and your own bathroom with a bath tub. New, in-unit washer and dryer. $1,500 a month would include everything, wifi, utilities, etc. The only thing that would cost more is a parking space in the private garage. There is a really nice pool, and pool deck, with barbecues and lounge chairs. Full gym, and club house area. The apartment is on the top floor, with a nice view of Coconut Grove. You would need decent credit, and be able to pass a background check to get onto the lease. $1,500 deposit, and first months rent. I’m hoping for someone to commit to at least three months, months preferably. The place stays very, very, quiet and clean. Thank you.
