Urban Farm Life

I have a sweet old craftsman home in Brainerd. I have three small dogs. One is 14 years old and special needs. I have about 10 beehives on my property. I have chickens. I love nature and being outside and I love animals. I cannot have a roommate that has a dog or cat. I am looking for a professional or a student that likes a peaceful space and is respectful, neat, and organized. Since I have dogs I need someone that is ultra responsible and preferably loves animals. No smokers please-not even outside. Sleep is very important to me so it is important that we have a “quiet time” that we both respect and abide by. Internet and electric is included in monthly fee. I prefer starting with a 3-month lease to see how we get along and we can extend it after that. My last roommate (I met on here) did that and it worked out well.
