I am a quiet, respectful person looking for a clean, peaceful home. I receive steady SSI income every month and budget carefully, so rent will always be paid on time. My budget is flexible when utilities are included. I am willing to pay rent anywhere from Three Hundred USD to Hundred USD I have two well‑behaved ESA cats who are clean, litter‑trained, and come with documentation. I keep their area tidy and use an enclosed litter box to control odor. I’m laid‑back, mostly quiet, and keep to myself, but I’m friendly and easy to live with. I’m looking for a calm, safe place with considerate roommates where I can stay long‑term.
