Room for sublet, April - Augustt

Hi! I’m Mallory!
I’m 23 and looking for someone to rent a room in my 2 bed/1 bath apartment
near Samish Way available April 1st.
I work full-time in childcare, so during the week I am pretty peaceful, although I
sometimes go out for a drink in the evenings. During the weekends I love a good
adventure or art project. I can be pretty introverted when my to-do list is full but
other than that I am always down for a good yap! Love a social gathering:) I have
two cats, they are very friendly, but shy at first.
Location is perfect, a 10 minute walk to Western, 5 minute drive to Fairhaven and
Downtown. Ground floor apartment with a storage unit! Rent for the room is
$865/month, water and electricity separate.
I have a couple plants, but ideally you have more! Plenty of wall space for your
art and whatever. I’m pretty flexible, really just good communication and
cleanliness is a must! The lease is up in August, but I love the spot and am interested in resigning.
