This room shares a bathroom with only one other bedroom, making it the only shared bathroom in the house and shared with just one person. The home features newer appliances, a beautiful washer and dryer, and upgraded tile in all bathrooms and the laundry room. The backyard has natural grass maintained twice a month by a gardener. Currently three people live in the house and we are looking to fill the final room. Roommates are working professionals in their 20s and 30s. The household is clean, respectful, and generally quiet. Everyone works full-time and keeps a calm, friendly environment. Ideal for a responsible professional who values a clean, peaceful home. Looking for someone planning to stay at least 4 months. Single occupancy only. Important: We love animals, but the home must remain pet-free due to allergies and existing house agreements. Discounted rate shown for longer stays.
