I am looking for someone to take over the last two months of my lease of a studio apartment at The Quarters Columbia in June and July. Lease is June 1st-July 20th. Early move-in at the end of May. *Lease renewal for August is not available, all studios are sold out. Multi-bedroom units are available to switch in to August 15th. Call The Quarters to coordinate an earlier move in with a manager. The studio is a corner apartment on the third floor. Apartment features and amenities include:

- Pet-friendly: Pet fee, but ESA’s are free

- A brand new 55” mounted Fire TV

- Storage rooms for rent The building is located in a quiet area and is an 8 minute drive from campus/downtown. It is only a 3-5 minute drive from major stores and restaurants.
