Private room in Ventura

Description

We’re 2 minutes away from a target, a mall, and a Trader Joe’s. Only 6 minutes away from the Ventura City Beach. We’re in midtown Ventura and pretty much any grocery store you’d want is very close by. The room has new hardwood floors and is freshly painted. The kitchen/living/dining room is shared but we are fully stocked on appliances. In a beautiful neighborhood close to an elementary school and a park. There is parking but it’s street parking right outside. We’re on the bottom floor and there’s laundry right across the hall. We’re looking to have someone take over the other room, as our roommate is moving out. Me and my boyfriend are in the other room. My boyfriend is working full time Monday-Friday, and I will be starting a doctorate program in late August of this year, so we are both busy most of the time. I do a lot of pet sitting, so it is preferable that you are welcome to having a pet in the house (I only do 1 dog or cat at a time) but have no pets of your own. (just to be safe! :)) Were pretty quit and I travel home a lot so there will be a lot of periods where I’m out of the house for a week or so at a time, and my boyfriend plays a lot of volleyball on the weekends so we’re often out and about. We’re both in our early s and we’re very clean and considerate people! For fun we love to play video games and watch tv (we’re a bit nerdy lol) and I do a lot of baking so I hope you like constant sweet treats! :)
