ISO Roomate to move in

I’m looking for 1 more roommate to split a bathroom unit at $ per occupant (not including utilities *We would pay for electricity, water, and internet.) There is central air and an in unit washer and dryer, Move in date is March st. I would need first, last and deposit upfront which is $. (All transactions happen thru landlord not me)

A little bit about me. I was born in Nigeria and grew up sorta all over the northeastern states. I have type 1 diabetes which is a new thing for me. I’m a student at Temple. I have a cat ( years old), I’m a pretty sociable person and but definitely value alone time. I like to cook, watch cartoons, sing and listen to music, read Octavia Butler novels over and over again and talk a lot to myself and others.

I’m looking for 1 more person that can comfortably afford rent and utilities, people that communicate well especially about things pertaining to the maintenance of our shared responsibilities and shared spaces. I’m black, queer and [REDACTED] with other black, queer and trans folx! I’d like to be living with people my around my age or older. And I’m friendly but don’t smoke inside the house.
