Small apt OR room needed

Hi! Seeking a single roommate OR apartment, preferably in Thornton Park area!

My roommate is having her brother move-in so she’s decided to not
Renew my lease, but she can provide reference.

Need:
- unfurnished room
- private bathroom
- female or a LBTGQ+ roommate (NO cis male roommates)
- a place that will allow a cat - my fixed female kitty Kirby is sweet and well behaved and never goes outdoors
- budget is $ with utilities included

I am a pastry chef that works hoursa week, so I not home a lot. When home, I keep to myself.

My daughter is and will visit from the Midwest as much as she can. But will not live with me (sadly).

Single, divorced happily and . I still DJ from time to time, but typically read books, watch movies, cook and go to the beach when I am not working. Napping is my favorite pastime 😁

I prefer private landlords. I prefer female roommates or lgbtqia+ openminded and artistic individuals for roommates. I don’t do parties or drama or slobs. Seriously too old for bong hits and dirty toilets and all the one night stand drama.

Longwood, Altamonte, Casselberry, Maitland, Winter Park, Thornton Park are ideal neighborhoods.
