Roommate Wanted!

Due to a new job I am looking to get of my current living situation. My roommate is a year old female who is looking for a female in her s to take my place!

About the house: 🏠
- Lease starts ASAP and ends October 1st (available to resign)
- bath upper unit of a house
- Located in East town off of Wealthy, within walking distance to: Yesterdog, Hancock, Brown Butter Crepes, and Wolfgang
- Spacious fenced in backyard
- Balcony off of the living room
- Private in unit laundry
- Lots of storage space!
- Rent is $ a month, and the only utilities not covered are electric/gas (which we will split)

About my roomie: 😊
I work full time in the foster care field. I spend a lot of time outdoors on the patio, going to the beach, and walking! I like to keep communal spaces clean and split the costs of shared household items. I have a cat who is very sweet and friendly. I would prefer no additional pets!
