Private room in quiet home

Description

Private room in a quiet and cozy house. Room is partially furnished (chaise lounge and large mirror). All utilities included are in rent; you're free to park in the driveway. Internet is good enough for gaming and streaming, if that's something that's on your radar.
My only big rules are no drugs or overnight guests. Other than that, just tidy up after yourself in the common spaces.
I'm very laid-back and will stay out of your hair. I pretty much only go to work, church, gym, and HEB, and do a lot of crafts lol
I've got dog; both very chill and derpy.
