Lease Transfer

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Fuse on Northwestern asap, because I will be transferring and relocating. (If you are a male, you will still get male roommates, you would just be taking over my lease)

This lease would be at a $/mo discount already, and I'm offering an incentive to cover $/month on top of that. (Effective Rent: $)

This is a private bedroom with a private bathroom in a apartment. The unit is fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer and dryer, modern kitchen, and a comfortable shared living area.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, making it relatively accessible to the amenities (spa, sauna, gym, public bathroom, trash chute).

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk to Purdue University, very close to engineering and physics buildings, gas stations, and bus routes. It’s very convenient for students without a car.

Utilities are typically billed monthly through the apartment management (electricity/water/sewer, etc.).

The building is secure and offers great amenities such as study areas, a lounge, etc.

The lease transfer will be handled officially through the leasing office.

Move-in date is flexible starting around August rd, and the lease goes until July .
