Backhouse/Casita/ ADU

Hello, my name is Cammie.

I’m currently looking for a back house or casita. My budget is up to $ per month. I have a very small (6-lb) Chihuahua who is fully trained, quiet, and exceptionally well-behaved.

I work full-time at LAX and am a clean, responsible, and respectful tenant who is easy to get along with. Ideally, I’m hoping for a unit with a small kitchen, and a washer/dryer would be a huge plus.

I’m open to helping with light tasks or upkeep around the property if that could be worked into the rent. Location-wise, Long Beach or nearby areas convenient to work would be preferred.
