Hello everyone, I am looking for someone who might be interested in a room in the house I am currently renting. This is a bathroom house in the Breckenridge neighborhood here in Morrisville, which is roughly a minute drive to the RDU Airport. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. I am only looking for 1 roommate (male or female) to move in as one of the bedrooms is currently being used as a shared office space. The house was recently renovated with new appliances, paint, flooring, and fans! Rent will be $ a month plus shared utility There is an excellent pool that is within walking distance as well as pickleball/tennis courts. No smoking. No pets.
