Hi! I’m looking for a private room to rent in Brandon, MS or near Belhaven University. My budget is around $/month.

I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful tenant. I keep shared spaces tidy and am easy to live with. I don’t party and mostly keep to myself, but I’m friendly and communicative.

I do have a small dog ( lbs) who is well-behaved and house-trained. I’m happy to discuss pet rules, deposits, or meet beforehand.
