Trying to find nice rental in DTLA

Hi, my name is Anna. I am a thirty-three year old who is trying to relocate to Los Angeles, CA. I am in the process of looking for a job in LA, I’m looking to rent a place near public transit (bus and train). I am actively trying to move out of North Carolina by early March, putting my house on the market soon. I will be able to provide my own renter’s insurance coverage and my own furniture (bed, dresser, bookcases, etc.) I can provide proof of income.

My cat is strictly indoors, has all vaccinations, and is very social. My lizards stay in their tanks and just do lizard things. I’m looking for a pet friendly place, obviously.
