Looking for someone to take over my spot at Alight West Lafayette!
I’m graduating this December and need someone to take over my lease starting January ( You can also move in on the th)
About the Lease
Community: Alight West Lafayette
Start Date: January
End Date: July
Unit Type: You do not have to take my exact unit. ( I live in a 4 bedroom x 4 bath) You can choose any available (or another layout if they allow it) at current Alight rates, which may be cheaper than what I pay.
Current Rate I Pay: $/month + utilities
Your Rate: Whatever Alight is offering now for new contracts
Typically for students: If not a student we would need to work the office sooner because it is typically more difficult.
Pets are allowed ( not in my unit) - the office can work with you to find a unit that allows pets
If you have a pet - you do have to pay a fee
