Looking for room by January .

Description

Recently divorced and looking for a room to rent for at least a year until I can buy another house. I maintain fulltime employment and am a carpenter by trade, so I'm pretty handy to have around the house. I can fix just about anything that can be fixed. I am very respectful towards others and get along with juat about everyone. I am a father of being a young adult in college and 2 little ones. Oh, I do know my way around the kitchen and am a grill master lol.
