The Standard at Raleigh Sublease!

Description

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring semester at the Standard at Raleigh (now Yugo Maxwell) located right on Hillsborough St in walking distance to main campus. I will be studying abroad so I need someone to take over starting December or January at the latest. I currently live in a apartment with my own bathroom. We also have a balcony! My roommates are very friendly and quiet. Please let me know ASAP if interested. Other amenities include:

Also, the apartment is fully furnished and comes with a washer/dryer!
