Room for Rent!

Looking to Rent a room in my house! I am in Foley, MN. $ damage deposit.

House is under construction with remodel, but the room is VERY spacious upstairs.

Shared bathrooms, dining, kitchen, living room, i would be okay on storing things in the garage, upon knowing how much.

Looking for someone who does not often bring people over. I work 2, possibly soon enough 3 jobs and trying to transform my house to Gothic/Victorian! DIY completely and would absolutely love someone who would enjoy learning about the work I am doing, as you could be a home owner one day and I am more than willing to pass on knowledge.

Neat, tidy, clean, pays rent on time, and I would say no sub-lease please. Just one person, as this is my very first home and I have already had my bad first roommate.

The bedroom has a walk in closet, carpet floors currently, would be planning to replace ceiling fan before moving in. Plans to replace and update the electrical, which should not take long, once we start up again in the spring!

Window air conditioning units, brand new over the oven microwave installed, dishwasher will be installed this week, brand new washer and dryer, still finishing remodel in dining room and kitchen, should be wrapped up by end of this month.

I have items currently in the room and still have to finish painting, if you would like to come here and take a peak, please me for serious interests.

Dependant on how long you will be around (assuming your available student), we can negotiate the term for the lease. Lease will be notarized.
