Room for rent in Taylors townhouse

My name is Elizabeth and I’m a year old young professional. I am closing on my new end unit townhome at the end of November and I’m looking for a roommate for my bath home in Taylors. The home is minutes from downtown Greenville. It’s very convenient to most things on Wade Hampton boulevard.

The room will be available beginning of December. The move in date is pretty flexible. I’m looking for someone to rent at least a year but can be less.

The rent is $ with split utilities. The room will come unfurnished. The extra bedroom can be used for storage or an office. You will have your own bathroom. The common spaces will be furnished.

I am a pretty active person and very neat and tidy. When I’m not working, I get my dogs out of the house with hiking for walking on the SRT. I have a 6 year old and a 4 month old puppy and both are cattle dog mixes but they are both pretty well behaved.

I’m looking for someone that is respectful of the space and considerate of other people. I’m not a partier or drinker but don’t mind if you do, I just don’t want to wake up to surprises in the morning. Even though my dogs gets along with other dogs, I don’t think I would want to add another dog into the mix. I might consider someone that has a cat.

The pictures are of the model home since my home is still under construction. I’ll be more than happy to show you the model home if you would like since my home isn’t ready. I have included pics of my pups as well.
