Looking for a long-term housemate to share my serene condo in the heart of Culver City. Centrally located, I am just minutes from downtown Culver City and the Culver studios, while on the same block as West Los Angeles college and a minute drive to Marina Del Rey and Venice Beach. Lakeside Villa, as the name states, is on a property with a small lake among other great amenities including 3 pools, one sauna, upgraded gym and community center for entertaining. Inside the condo, you will have access to a private bedroom, bathroom and patio with shared living room and kitchen space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and private covered parking as well. The room is furnished. As for myself, I am an artist in her 's that works part time as a massage therapist. When I am not working, I love to cook, watch great films, practice multi-media art and yoga, as well as spend time with loved ones. I live a healthy lifestyle and am otherwise quiet, with a daily routine of going to bed early and rising early. My ideal housemate is a kind, easy going person that is respectful of shared space and is open to the occasional conversation and/or meal together; I am a great cook!
