This is a gorgeous home with many extra amenities, It is very large with lots of space and privacy. A comfortable place to live in a quiet subdivision right in the middle of town in a great location which makes it closely accessible to most things. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I am looking for the same in a roommate that is respectful of me and the home. It is only non-smoking. All the utilities are included in the rent. Kitchen, appliances, and common areas in the house are available to be used as long as they are respected and left in the same condition. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, and large double closet. Rent include all utilities, high speed fiber optic internet service for gaming. Fulll use of the kitchen and appliances. The room is in a Beautiful large home located off Hurstbourne LN and Six mile LN . This house is a spacious brick 2 story home with plenty of space and privacy. There is a large outdoor deck and patio area with a hot tub and indoor swimming pool that is open part of the year This room would include the use of the family room, kitchen, dining area, private refrigerator space, and private storage for food, outdoor decks, patios, hot tub , and pool when open. There is a dishwasher, and tv in the kitchen with eat at granite bar area with bar chairs.

The washer dryer are included. All toiletries, food, soap, detergent, etc. are not included and there is no sharing. There are no overnight guests no pets. I am a clean, layback and would be looking for a roommate that shares these qualities. The house has hardwood floors. I consider this a very nice place to stay and live. There is a required 60 day notice to move out that rent will be due for 60 days from the date of the notice.
