Leasing at Yugo Auburn North

Hey! I have a bathroom classic at the Yugo Auburn North available for subleasing for any incoming Auburn University students during the academic school year. I signed a lease for the apartment a month ago but I’ve had to make some changes due to personal family problems back in my hometown so I will no longer be returning to Auburn for the next school year. The apartment is completely furnished and it comes with paid gas, internet, water, trash/recycling, stormwater/drainage, wastewater and cable/satellite.

The rent is $ a month but for anyone in need of budgeting you can use a rental payment app called Flex to pay half your rent at the 1st of the month and the other half when it’s convenient for you!
The room will be available starting August !
