Closed complex with many amenities including gym, pool, common areas, tennis courts, etc… Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and many restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Close to I-459 and I-20. 15 min drive to UAB and Samford. Room available is the Main bedroom with ample space, walk-in closet, private bath, roof fan, and access to balcony. Great lighting as it has a roof-to-floor sliding door. Living room and dinning hall are partially furnished, so ask if you want to bring something. Room is unfurnished.

I’m a 24-year old graduate student at UAB. I spend most of the day (and some nights) in the lab at school, and the few times I’m at the apartment I’m very chill, kinda introverted but open to socializing. Very tidy and clean after myself. Like to cook, so there might be additional food every now and then. Own a cat, he is very friendly and social. Looking for a chill and tidy roommate.
