Looking for roommates on westside

Hey guys, I’m a year old DJ moving to Venice or Santa Monica in June or July and looking for roommates to split a house near the beach. Budget is around $k total, with my share about $2k. I’d need my own bedroom and bathroom, a garage or pool house, or some space for a studio, and in-unit laundry. I surf daily and keep things clean, so hoping to find chill, respectful roommates who are cool with some late-night music. Let me know if you have a spot!
