Subleasing Master bed and bathroom!

Description

Hi there— I have a Master Bedroom/Bathroom that I have available. Base rent is with electricity, gas, trash & water it’s probably closer to or so. I live off of Curtis and Fairview in Boise so it’s about a 7 min drive downtown and if you’re into hiking/yoga/walking, Bogus Basin is a min drive from the house which is so awesome. I also live with two super friendly girls who are going to be . They’re gone most of the week due to work schedules so the house is quiet and clean! The house is completely furnished except for the bed and bathroom.
