Looking for female roommate

My t w e l v e year old Chiweenie and I are looking for a new roommate starting this spring/summer! I’m recently divorced and currently live in a really great gated neighborhood in Chandler that I wouldn’t mind staying in. My current roommates are both moving out of the area, and our lease is up at the end of August. It’s a t h r e e bed t h r e e bath house and if I stay I would prefer to find o n e roommate to split rent with, leaving the third bedroom open for guests/flexible space for us to share. I’m alternatively looking at buying a house and renting out a room or two. I’m pretty OCD about cleaning/organizing and looking for a roommate that matches my vibe. 🥰 I love my home to be cozy and enjoy high quality interior designs; my style is pottery barn/west elm/RH/Crate and Barrel catalog-esc. I would love to meet and see if we could be a good match! *Note: I have furnishings for a full house and garage, so I’m not interested in moving in to someone’s place that is already established with the same.
