Hi! This is a ba two story duplex. We have a big fenced in backyard and the neighbors are all friendly and quiet! Currently we have man, and 2 dogs so unfortunately, we cannot accept more animals. We are all LGBTQ+ so being queer friendly is a must! The room that's open is on the main floor and gets lots of sunlight. We are also a California sober household so no alcohol in the house. Everyone is clean and fairly quiet. We occasionally all watch "Severance" and "Last Week Tonight" together but other than that all have our own lives. The common areas are furnished but the room is not. We are looking for move in asap and can prorate the rent if you move in after the 1st. Rent is $ security deposit.
