Looking for Someone to Take Over a Lease!

Hi! My name is Ari, and I recently had a change in my housing circumstances, which means I am looking for someone to take over my lease section at Stratford Hills. It is a four-bedroom with two girls and one guy. They are incredible people; you can chat with them before making anything official. The rent is around a month, not including utilities. I am willing to pay the application fee, but I have already talked to management and the application is more of a formality than anything to worry about not getting approved with. The lease would start in early August and end July . The space is unfurnished so you would need to help out with procuring some items and things for the space.
