year townhome off Academy between Vickors and Dublin. Nice sized room, own bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry on second floor near bedroom, central air conditioning, patio with fire pit, may use one side of garage for vehicle and second refrigerator in garage. I have two dogs; unfortunately my HOA only allows two and I am allergic to cats. I am a busy person and come and go a lot. When home I generally stay in my room. I am wanting a MALE roommate, clean, neat, responsible, must have a steady job with references, month to month lease.
