Roommate wanted on Wedington Dr

It is bath house. Two of the rooms are filled, so looking for 1 more roommate. It has 2 garages with one of them in the backyard. It has a huge fenced in backyard providing privacy. It is near two transit stops and not too far from campus. It has a dishwasher and a new sink with water filtration in the kitchen. It has a new washer and dryer in the garage attached to the home. It’s located in a safe family type neighborhood. While utilities is not included in rent, there is WiFi and AC.
About the roomies
One is a quiet person who likes to get to know her roommates but is okay with giving them their space. She is also a clean person. At times she stays up late but continues to be quiet. The other roommate is someone who also likes staying up late, who at times makes noises but is quick to be quiet. They are a bit of a gamer and a techie.
