Looking for a comfortable and serene place to call home? We have a private room with its own entrance in a spacious -bathroom house located in the desirable Evergreen area.

The room is unfurnished and comes with a private entrance. You’ll also have access to the kitchen and storage space in the garage (just a heads-up: no parking in the garage, but there’s plenty of street parking).

The nitty-gritty:
Rent is $/month, plus utilities (usually $, especially when the AC gets a workout in summer).

This is for single occupancy only, and we can’t allow pets, smoking indoors, or car repairs at the house.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone between who’s responsible, clean, and easy to get along with. We’d love a housemate who adds to the good energy here instead of just treating it like a crash pad.
