I am currently living at The Adora by Element Communities in a FULLY FURNISHED APARTMENT and my lease ends on July th. It is located on the South side of town, but it does provide a shuttle to MIZZOU if you need it. I currently live with three other girls and one of them does own 2 kittens (however the majority of the time they are kept in her room). The base rent price is $ a month (this is approximately $ less than what they are offering at the moment). Other monthly fees that are included includes a $ flat rate utility fee for electricity (this means that you will always pay $ unless you exceede a certain amount of electricity in that month; however my roommates and I have not done that since we moved in), an $8 trash fee, and a $ master policy for renters insurance (but if you have insurance already you will NOT be required to pay this). When you walk in on the first level, you have the living room with a TV, a kitchen that has an ice maker as a dishwasher, as well as the washer and dryer. My room that you would be taking over, will be on the SECOND FLOOR with a good sized closet, a full XL bed, a dresser and a night stand and your OWN BATHROOM. You can lock the door so no one else as access to your bathroom your and personal room. You are given a key to your room, the door to access your unit and a mail key.
