Description

- $ is the rent and then there is a straight fee of about $ for both utilities and internet so you would be each month
- right by Union south!
- It is a studio but you are sharing the bathroom with the unit next to you (there are locks on both sides of the door, so when you’re using it you can go in and lock the other units door and then when you’re not using it you can still lock the door from your unit for security)
- It’s pretty much unfurnished, there is just a mattress and bedframe that’s I have left to be used
- unit is also pet friendly :)
