Room over garage with full bath

Description

Looking to rent my FROG (room over garage) with full bathroom to a responsible, single, non smoking individual with no pets. Rent includes, all utilities, 1 parking spot, wifi, shared use of kitchen and backyard access. Has a separate thermostat for heating and air.
House is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Must be able to provide references, have one month security upfront and sign a rental agreement. There is not a separate entrance to the room so you’ll go through the front door of the house. I keep a tidy organized house and kitchen which is well equipped with cooking tools for use. I expect my roomie to have respect for my property as if it were their own. I have a very friendly and sweet year old dog who stays downstairs. So must like dogs.
