The Property & Neighborhood:
Barn has some gym equipment and a piano. Yard has fruit trees, patio furniture, garden bed, etc. 6 min walk from Multnomah Village, full of restaurants, shops, bars, coffe shops. Near amazing trails and Gabriel.

Roomies:
All professionals. We are all chill yet social – mainly sticking to our rooms but we like to have house/ gym/ garden hangs as well.

The Room, Updates & Parking:
Full XL bed and large desk, armoire closet, a nearly-full wall whiteboard, private built-in closet in the hall, full wall of large windows with the best views in the house (tree covered neighborhood rolling hills). Shared bath. The room has one dedicated off-street parking spot and an air conditioning unit.

The Services:
Monthly utilities include yard services every two weeks, monthly cleaning of the full house, wifi, garbage/ recycling, water/ sewer, electricity and gas. The room pays for of these expenses, recalculated each spring based on the previous year. Full-service participation is non-negotiable but is also why the house has AMAZING roomie dynamics. We all keep the house tidy and the cleaners/ yard service helps with deeper cleaning/ maintenance.
