Hi, I'm Sean! I'm , and live in Asbury Park, NJ. I am looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my duplex-style apartment. Your personal rent would be $/mo plus utilities. Apartment comes mostly furnished, except for private living spaces (bedroom/any office furniture you may need).

Apartment has in-unit laundry, off-street parking, full kitchen, and shared office space. Central heat, window AC units for summer. Apartment is NOT ADA accessible (two flights of stairs).

I work from home full-time and travel occasionally. I am clean, quiet, and respectful. Potential Roommate must be non-smoking and LGBTQ+ Friendly. **NOTE: I am not the landlord, if interested I will be able to put you in touch.
