Room & bathroom needed.

Description

I need a room with a private bathroom. I work from home. I don't go out much.. I am disabled. I usually use my cane, but then I also use my wheelchair to walk. I don't make much noise. I am tidy. I must be as organized as possible. I don't cook. I don't have visitors. I do receive some delivery. I’m efficient with my time, my energy and my money.

I need to be very straight up to save us both time. I am an honest person. I don’t play games. If I am to be trusted in your household, I honestly expect the same from my landlord. I have been in your shoes. My time is extremely precious as I would expect yours to be. I don’t have time for social media nor TV. I barely ever watch a movie. But I absolutely love funny and I love to laugh. I am a very focused person.
