Looking for a room rental

I'm from Whitehorse, Yukon. I'm planning on moving to Vancouver in January and looking to find a place with other people. It would be nice to live with other musicians, creatives or a musician friendly place (I would be respectful and I often use headphones). I'm respectful, clean up after myself and responsible.

Might have people over to play games here and there but can be respectful.

Fairly open to living in different areas of Vancouver just as long as I can get to the downtown area by transit within about twenty to twenty- minutes.

My interests are making rock/metal and video game music, playing guitar, technology, working out, hiking, gaming, cooking, personal development and entrepreneurship. My professional background has been in IT for about 7 years and then this year I transitioned into being self employed through teaching music and Audio Visual work.
