Looking for a single professional with no animals, preferably someone in the medical field.

Room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, tv, full fridge/freezer combo, and has two closets. It’s fully private on the second, which we don’t use so basically a studio apartment. The bedroom is pretty large and has a separate sitting room attached. There is also a bathroom attached since it’s technically the master bedroom.

Shared laundry and kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Very nice safe neighborhood in Sylvania township (suburb) with security system and outdoor cameras.

Near , University of Toledo, Toledo Botanical Gardens, Wildwood, and Franklin Park Mall. Flower Hospital is 8 mins away, The Toledo Hospital is mins away, and Mercy Saint Vincent Medical Center is minutes away.

Utilities included, have wireless internet and possibly can share streaming apps/cable.
